I would argue that the accuracy of the values on renotmeter.com vary dramatically, however it's still a valuable tool to have in your arsenal.

Something like:sellmyhousedallas.com - (which I of course just checked in Google and somebody has created that exact site)Google used to have a free Keyword tool that would allow you to enter a keyword phrase and tell you how many searches occurred for that phrase and then also give you similar phrases and the search count.

This way you can also track cost associated with each call easier and search for past tickets.http://www.bestpractical.com/rt/another tool I use and love personally is XMIND which it pretty much is a software you do brain dump on. write all your ideas in it and then you can put them in order.
