The 3 day event is valuable on its own.

You will need to make it look real nice, stainless steel appliances, granite, hard surface floors etc. 

Unless you own super valuable city or coastal property; but even in those cases, it might be bank to get permission to destroy the trees. 

Either way I’m in the process of learning how to do an event like that, that would be valuable for everyone that attended.

@Ameet Mehta Rent increase is based on current market rate and a survey of tenants on how much more they would be willing to pay with certain upgrades to the units (i.e updated baths, stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen etc).

I havent paid for the subscription to get more details but looks like it could be valuable once you decide on a city you want to invest in. 

My strategy: I host a podcast, which I promote to my connections on a daily basis by pushing new, valuable content to them.

But society deemed that you were meant for more....People talk about the bad economy...but the valuable ones must become more valuable.Its like a kindergardener who becomes a 6th grader an 8th grader to a 12th grader.
