So technically 50% but very dated and needs some updates.

Is there a website that provides updated location information such as population growth, average median home sales, rental capacity, etc.. like a one stop shop of data to analyze and determine what is a possible doable area to invest in?

Would y’all pull the listing and update the price or would you take this as a lesson learned and rent it at the list price then increase soon?

Being able to send boundaries of clear communication and expectations for updates and timelines.
