at my college 2 or 3 years ago, living on campus was 3 or 4 grand a semester, and they had a mandatory meal plan for on campus students...basically around 15 grand a year was thrown away on crappy food that we hated eating (but did cuz we had to pay for it) and rent on a crappy dorm..that is how i bought my first house...it was cheaper to pay a mortgage and cook rice flavored with BBQ sauce!!

If the property is across the road from the entrance of the school where the major drop off and pick up area is, this could be somewhat of a turn off between the start of school and end of school hours but the buyers may leave before and get home after these periods from work.Just some food for thought there for you.

So essence, for her, having a bank account was unnecessary.And if you been following developments in other parts of the world, some countries have progressed beyond cash and bank accounts, and use smart phones for all transaction, such as paying for taxi rides, buying food from street vendors.
