People very rarely regret holding long term.

Attend meetups and meet as many people in RE as you can.

You must find people you want to work with and initiate the conversation from your end.

@Orane Jacobs Over the past 6 years, I have help many people from biggerpockets house hack san diego based on their price point anything from a 3 bedroom condo/townhome to a 4 unit multifamily.

Most people provide recent paystubs and/or a letter from their company HR department verifying their current employment and monthly take home pay.

Thus you can be seen by people who need more space.But if people need less than 10, you will be on the list somewhere.

I normally quote people based on what credit score they expect to have and send a fee sheet breakdown.

Also I hear how people can hire their kids and pay them to do tasks without going the W2 route if you pay them less than 13,500k per year.Is this true and how to do people usually pay them straight from the corp to their bank account?
