From what I've heard speaking to students at the business college, a lot of them who had online classes still prefer to stay in town and quarantine with their friends/roommates rather than travel back to wherever home may be and do classes from there.

This is a long-term play and I travel for work.

Because International travel and real estate investing is a great interest to me, I thought I would introduce myself and hope to start a conversation on options for the favorite places to purchase real estate for like-minded people. 

In my opinion if you're really looking to spend some serious money building a real estate business you should travel to the area that you're looking in and pick the one you're most comfortable with.

I am traveling to Lafayette the second week of December to close on Grandma's house.
