I am inexperienced in the actual practice and would love to get some sort of hands on training. spectating or shadowing day-to-day real estate transactions  and become familiarized with everything maybe start getting the hang of things. what are the best benefits a broker could offer for my personal development . i am eager to start but i know i have to be careful with who i choose.
