When my wife saw the stainless steel stove she made me install a new white stove and the appearance made a huge difference.We never let our tenants install refrigerators with icemakers because when they do leaks and damage is inevitable and when tenants move they always rip the plumbing apart and leave leaks.I can't tell if there are stains in the kitchen ceiling, or if there are recessed lights.

It will depend on your zoning, but they normally require a separate power meter for the ADU to be capable to renting long term to a traditional tenant.

Do I subcontract out all the individual skills or try to find a handyman that can accomplish a wider array of items (like outlets, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, LVP flooring, etc.) and then hire subs for specialty items (roof, siding repair, painters, etc.)?
