I do marketing for a small, family-owned investment realty and PM company in Columbus, Ohio, and have spent time over the last year doing exactly what you said--making relationships with LOCAL lenders who we know will care about our investors and value their business, so that we have lender names to offer our investors when it comes time for them to get financing for the properties we find for them.
