I was curious if anyone had any experience buying properties in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area and had any beginners advice or tips to give for rentals in this market.

@Logan Jones based on using apps that my realtor uses it shows estimate of how much I would need based on the purchase price and other expenses.

Anybody with tips, knowledge, experience, or contacts I can would be curious to have a discussion with.
