At any rate, it seems like it was a good ride but as we know, all good things eventually come to an end and nothing lasts forever, enjoy it while you can and prepare for the next chapter to be your best chapter yet, onward and upward my friend!

Hello, I'd be open to equity for lease preparation.

Possibly a 2nd attorney if the prior contractor (if improper work caused the issue) or the city (failure to maintain or test the pipes) to be sued.  

This is huge when preparing for a sale, which sounds like is far down the line, but it makes a big difference when marketing for sale if those expenses are above NOI or below.
