Take a look at it and see if it will work for your situation because it might be an inexpensive solution.

Colorado is a big state - you never specified where in Colorado you are moving to.The front range area (Denver, Boulder, etc) is out of control with relation to home prices and I don't see it as being sustainable.  

So was also looking for another solution like buying a list but not sure how accurate that info is and if it's worth it or already to late at that point.

The odds that this is a possible solution are pretty slim but it may be worth a call to whoever supplies your water.

With rent prices so crazy in SF that you can make $100K and not afford to live in the city I really think innovative solutions like tiny homes can be a game changer for real estate investment.
