And mini blinds, both of these at Lowes and a change out on merchandise. 

Most recently I paid $2.75 per square foot for 12mm thick with attached foam underlayment pad at a damaged freight store.

Non outdoor furniture should not be stored on the deck  - Landlord reserves the right to inspect the property with at least 24 hours notice when deemed necessary (pursuing Section 11 of the Lease), but at a minimum every 3 months for routine inspection.

@Jackson Roberts Prices are often described various ways in stores and real estate: retail, wholesale, discounted, rock-bottom, whatever-that's just blah blah.

There are so many caveats, and I have so much I need to learn, so my first thought is to find a piece of property near deed restricted communities, something visible, and fence it in, add a remote gate and some cameras, and store boats, RV, cars, etc. 

At first expect some growing pains while you get your right team in place but after a while once you have a system in place it will be on Cruise Control..I recommend @David Greene book for investing Out of State, you can find it in BP store..Best of luck on your Journey!!!

If so, Facebook marketplace or a scratch and dent store will save you a ton on appliances.

I also purchase and store an extra comforter/blanket in each of my properties.
