We have had inherited tenants (renting under market value) get frustrated we are raising the rent, but when we tell them to shop around before providing a decision, they have always chosen to stay.

So I would stay a thousand miles away from that transaction.Good to see you are thinking though, Keep the thoughts running!

They can choose to stay home and eat the candy their parents purchased or they can go out into the neighborhood.

But I wouldn't stay away forever.

All in all, stay very far away from Morris Invest.
