And while it sounds all "tough guy" to say you or your cronies will keep mum when the IRS asks questions.....that is not what happens in practice when they shine the light on you.Tracking source of funds to a separate LLC that you funded in  a "private" state - even if it is "owned" in "someone else's name" (aka via a nominee) is easily done if you are the IRS.

., B to B+ area4/2/2 built 19731400sq ft149kest: 40k rehab ARV $249krents in area on 3's going for $1800-2250, no 4 beds under 2500sq ft in area to compare rent ratesI asked the agent if it was sinkhole home, because numbers sound like one.. but claims not, states the home is currently owned and lived in by investor, investor bought home in 2001 for 90k at auction, has lived in it since and never put any money into the home except kitchen with new appliances.
