My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.

Maybe someone in the same county.There have to be attorneys in Brown County.

Large companies or groups fund the claims together and then pay someone to administer the claims.Let me know more about what you are thinking of and I will let you know if any of the above would be likely.

I have never done a land trustWe have a living revocable trust that we set upHonestly I should have done it 15 years ago but did it like 6 years ago.I do not see the need for a land trust unless you are a politician, actor or athlete (someone who is famous).I have done business with multiple billionaires (not bragging but trying to make my point) including several that owned professional sports teams - and even they did not use land trusts…

It seems this is very complex and not for novice and someone without a deep understanding can get taken advantage of easily.
