Before purchasing I was shown that the bathroom floor had a soft spot in it.

Can anyone recommend an honest, reliable and skilled contractor in the southern california area?  

Wholesalers, since they have no intention of owning the loan and typically have never owned a loan lack the skills to price loans out properly and to understand what makes a good loan to buy or a bad loan to buy.  

My ultimate goal is to take a "soft" retirement by 35 years old (2025) by thriving off of passive income created by buy and hold real estate.

Welding is my plan B, I became skilled at it early on and got convinced by my family to do it in college.
