I was in need of some advice regarding skip tracing.

I'm just going to skip over their listing and book somewhere else.

Well from my experience if I have a record that doesn't pull any numbers back after three skip tracing services.

No you dont want skip tracing software. you genrally pay for a specific search or you can pay a private detective.

You're probably making good money at your job, so here's my suggestion: why not skip the whole hassle of buying individual rentals and go straight to syndications and private placements?

If I can avoid it, I'd like to simply use a promissory note and skip the securities lawyer.  

Good, bad and ugly so that the next person can hopefully skip some of the bad and ugly and have more of the good or at least get there faster.

Unfortunately, people don't like to talk about it, so they skip it and say, "We'll figure it out later."
