@Samantha SwensonI think this question is more complicated than many give it credit for but most on these boards are heavily invested and thus have their outlook which is not necessarily wrong but can be a little more on the positive side. 

@Chris Seveney1: When you say the return is never promised are you saying how long would I get ( because that depends on how long the borrower keep his side of the bargain ) or you mean even that could change even if I hypothetically believe that borrower is going to make the payment throughout the term?

They do sound to be on the higher side and a bit stretched out. 

When set up side by side they look just like the onsite built metal storage buildings we are all used to seeing but they are not a permenant structure.

Don’t get me wrong, I like your idea, heck I’m interested if you find another deal or a small multi, but right now it seems far from a partnership and more of a one sided gamble.
