Do I need guidance in this category or do I just google “create my own LLC”?

Every time I call a bank or credit union things are great until I mention LLC.

Hello everyone my name is Jorel I am 18 I live in Fayetteville, NC I have recently found interest in the world of real estate and have figured out it is the Career I want to do full time I am still learning every day attending webinars reading books and trying to build my knowledge I came on here today to ask if you guys could give me advice on the first step to wholesale a house I don’t really have the income to pay out of pocket and may not get approved for some loans because I have not had time to fully build up my credit so I was wondering if you guys had any advice and if I should go down the LLC route and how to do it any advice helps

2) I have all my properties in my own name currently, and I want to transfer them into my LLC soon, so my question is this: Is there any issue that lenders have lending on rental properties owned in an LLC vs in my own name?

Also, less important, but does anyone know if it matters wether or not the property is held in my name vs an LLC?

I am just getting started I’m real estate …I would prefer LLC …I How do you know when found my partner?

You can protect yourself from potential liabilities without an LLC  by purchasing an umbrella policy.

I just got out of a partnership on buying some flips after not doing any deals together at all, but we formed an LLC together spent the money on the attorney to draft the docs, LLC, and OA for us.
