You do still have to have verifiable income history to get a loan, but it's more attainable for someone your age because of the low money down.I'm in the process of buying my first house hack right now at 23 and the lenders that I've worked with do take the income history seriously.

Typically, any lease violation can be grounds for eviction so long as your willing to go through the legal cost and process to follow through with it.

My concern.. if these big corporations are buying up a majority of houses, assuming there’s no legislation in place to stop them from doing so or sell them off, now IS the time to buy before they take everything from us over time.. it DOES seem like now or never.Regardless of recession and lay offs in the future, these big corporations will just buy more, they’ll never run out of money. and we will all have NOTHING.

We did change one plan and tucked the kitchen in so its only open on one bar side but put in a huge walk in pantry that pantry turns out really sells well..
