I am a relatively new landlord and I’m trying to figure out the requirements if we needed to file a judgement against a tenant for excessive damages to our property.

It’s important to figure out your goals and objectives, and then that will ultimately give you a few areas that you can narrow it down to.

1st, good tenant, didn't want to ditch but only option for me was either evict (at Christmas) or figure out temporary lodging.

The only way I can figure the seller hasn’t just purchased these properties is the entire market they are in is collapsing and prices are falling, another possibility. 

- Residential purchases, remodel/repairs, and re-sale (flips).

However, there is a reduced sales tax due on the rental of commercial office, warehouse, self-storage, vacation rentals, etc.

.:)Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.When investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

Hi all,I've purchased properties subject to, and I understand how it works.I am currently looking at a deal where the sales price is $290K and there is an existing loan for $150K.

The sales agreement we signed a couple of months ago did include a map of easements, but it did not show anything in the back yard.

Sale price was around $325k with a $20k downpayment.1.
