Unlike what Kiyosaki thinks, there is a much bigger colorful world available to investors -- we're not all one stripe.      

In fact I have recently recommended a property to someone else that I'm half kicking myself for not buying myself and half thankful that this person got it.Now, if someone from out of state didn't want to invest here because they didn't want someone of color or of a different religion living in the properties, I would have issue with that and would not want to work with them, no matter how much money they offered me.

It would make sense if it rose up to $82,899 by 2013 as a household income, but not as a single person's income which you could times by two per household.

YOu could buy a home there for 5k in the 80's well as SF bay area prices just rose through the roof.. these were the lowest price homes and those looking to move into the Hood did so and displaced the prior residence..

That's my #1 pet peeve on houses with front loading garage doors, when people leave them white or paint them the accent color.
