I do understand most responders think I should not.For those interested, I will post the final decision, including the result if I decide to pursue them in some way, including how I did that.

Look below this Window, and you will see a list of list of names of people who have posted in this thread.Click on the name of the person that you want notified via an email that you responded to them.If you are a Colleague with anyone that has not posted in this thread, and you want them to see your post, hold down the shift key, and type the @ and the first 4 letters of the first or last name.Look below this Window, and click on your Colleague's name.

The only down side is that when things break, you do need to be able to respond promptly. 

I am going to make this quick because I have an appointment, but I wanted to respond because I had a very similar introduction into Real Estate investing.

My plan was to send these 2 properties out to all cash buyers and wait for the 1st to respond willing to buy.

If they counter, you can respond with slight net increase that looks more impressive because they would pay the broker in the next offer.
