Hello everyone, my name is Eddie and I'm a new investor. I would describe myself as hard working and determined to succeed, so that may provide a better life for my family. I would like to surround myself with like minded individuals and learn from other investors that have been there before me. 

My passion for real-estate started when my wife and I purchased a short sale for our family. I put a lot of work on the house myself to make it cozy for us, but ultimately, debt made us sell the house. Upon selling the house, we made some profit, and thats when I realized this was the path for me. After careful research of the real estate market, we are now working on our second flip. I'm happy to be part of bigger pockets and to start networking with great people.
