After working 9+ hrs some days and weekends its tough to get the energy to keep demoing a basement bath or to work on the house.

Besides being not very energy efficient, plexiglass is very impact resistant meaning, in a fire you/the fire department would need to literally knock the window out of the frame to get out/in VS breaking the glass out with a tool/chair.  

Hello BP, I'm looking for a reliable and reasonable person or a company to install wall to wall carpet in the attic of my cape cod rental.

It was unique for the area because it was across the street from a golf course and in a desirable community but it was an older community with newer, energy efficient homes near by.

So, anyone do this successful and have any suggestions about tax credits/ selling energy credits/ companies to use? 

Plus, even after you fix them up nice, the older mobile homes have HORRIBLE energy bills for your tenants.

Looking into purchasing my first investment property but I need help on finding a good contracting company in Memphis, TN/Shelby county. Please let me know of any you have had good experiences with. 

The things that affected payout were number of units, cost per load and who controlled this, contract length, and ability of people to install laundry in their units.We ended up taking a deal that paid us around 45%, with us completely controlling the per load pricing, the company agreeing to install newer more energy efficient machines, and the HOA agreeing to prohibit laundry in individual units (which was already a rule). 

I am 26 years old and I see so many people making a killing off of this and I can honestly say I’d be willing to devote all time and energy into it.
