State chartered credit unions can on a case by case basis depending on the state so it’s important to understand the distinction when borrowing from one. 

Most real estate seminars tend to be pep rally sessions to motivate individuals using various psychological techniques more than providing information and insights based on research that you can't find elsewhere.What seminars have you attended where it did not feel like blowing smoke up your glass?

So, I'm very comfortable in the construction space.My husband and I have been investing in real estate for 5 years, currently have 14 units.My strength has been value engineering our construction projects.
