Pay attention closely and verify the information they tell you.

I don't think it's fair to say that I should have been paying more attention to the market then, because not that many people really understood what was happening. 

I agree with @Nicky Reader.

And more than likely, if they are willing to do it for a small flat fee, they aren't very experienced or aren't going to give your contract much attention. 

That being said, if something needs my attention early, I’ll be there.

the Vegas convention were all those vendors in one spot was worth it.. for me the class's were to rudimentary to hold my attention.. the magazine has some good articles and advertising I still get it even though i am no longer a member.. the certification is worth nothing as us west coast folks we need a real license to lend not a paid for certification..

Here's something you could look into...What if you booked a night in your own Airbnb and just stayed there indefinitely until you got loftium's attention?

As far as my interests in investing I just moved here so I am not very familiar with the area and have just been told to pay close attention if buying in South Tucson.

@Jaron Walling I can say this majority of families are nurse the environment not so much of a problem, I'm not a reader or math person that's another thing I'm more visually and and hearing, and I did go to a program that could help people find jobs but they suggested I do clerical which is office work I don't prefer office work and that job is not going to be around long time before automation takes over, and my two problems I have eye problems and and I wear hearing aid, I try to become a mechanic I even tried to become an Uber driver and all that time I had three interviews and they all turned me down as got home from each one of them.
