Home has a small transformer and High voltage line
Hi, I am looking at purchasing a home (in bay area) that we liked however it has a wooden pole with utility wires in the property. Wires at the top of the pole are high voltage wires that feed power to a nearby elementary school. The pole mounted in this home's backyard also has a transformer mounted (see image below) that distributes power to nearby homes. Is this a concern to buy the home? Would it be an issue for young kids? Please help.
