They all had to deal with adversity, from others (people from the family not believing in their vision) from the business, and also from themselves (self doubt, poor decision) and sometimes from the elements (I am sure people who were n the middle of flipping houses when COVID hit will back that up...); on the positive side, it shows there is not one path to success; The fact you have so many books cited as having an impact in their life and their journey, is a hint but it is also confirmed in their interviews.

It would be much easier for us to not require 'additionally insured' paperwork... heck we would just be racking them in and filling in the ranks owner after owner after owner and some would actually think 'this is great' not really knowing that if anything should occur your PM will likely not be in your corner without it, look there is no shortage of owners out there that do the right thing and get additionally insured and I'm not really here to change your mind because honestly we would should pass on the business, you do what is right for you but... if a PM company is really that careless or takes a 'whatever' position to some of these issues, which they are more knowledgeable about and know more about than the majority of owners... just how well is your property really being managed?

I had fine cold water pressure and low hot water pressure, I shut off the power to the heater, drained it, pulled the lower heating element, and then vacuumed out a bunch of scale built up at the bottom... problem solved.

It does not mean that your opposing party will prevail in its motion, but by doing so, you weakened your asset protection as it is one of the elements that would be looked at when trying to breach the company veil.You could use the same account and keep very good books accounting for each company money, but it will be difficult to argue that they have no relation with each other.
