Looking to purchase in the suburbs though.

Hello, I’m in the process of closing sale on some land I inherited.  

It's difficult navigating the home purchase process in general, but a lot of more difficult buying something with costly surprises you didn't plan for. 

My experience shows 1 out of 10 "inquiries" result in a serious investor that will purchase. 

I plan to use Asset Based Mortgages to purchase the properties. 

My current tenants have a lease until August 31, but they plan to move out and return the keys by August 15. I don’t plan to reimburse them for moving out earlier. The new tenants, starting their lease on September 1,...

However it seems that things are changing, even if housing prices settle out in the coming months and years, they still are and still will be at record breaking highs, which has left my generations purchasing power significantly lower than any others.
