I see a lot of ants in the properties in Denver and it is pretty seasonal. 

I'm originally from Massachusetts and have lived all around from growing up in central MA, going to college in western MA, and now living in Boston, so I'm pretty familiar with the general landscape of the state.

Hey everyone,  I'm pretty new to investing in real estate and would like some tips or ideas on how to buy another house?  

Because the purchase price is pretty far under market value, will that attract attention from the IRS, or should I be fine?

I'm pretty sure it has asbestos.

Outside of those issues, the house seems pretty decent, is in an up and coming neighborhood and the rental income will cover monthly expenses (M/I, Taxes, HOA+Utilities) comfortably.

So I feel pretty safe. 

My question to you guys is do you think i should try and find a hard money lender for a fix and flip to start and can anyone recommend any, ill be relocating to the Dallas area soon so it will be somewhere in that area  Tashinga, unless you have a pretty solid construction background, I would recommend staying away from flipping until you get some experience.
