I'm in shock that you as a landlord have to go through this sequence...and the cash for keys???

Now our son (self taught) draws all of our preliminary architectural and site plans, we then give them to a structural engineer that has a licensed architect he works with, (they charge by sq. ft.) she goes over the plans we submit and looks for any errors in the design, etc. and gives suggestions if needed on design or layout, and it works really good for us, and saves a lot of money.

I was just shocked to see a sharp decrease in views when I have Superhost status, a high rating, always respond quickly, leave reviews, etc...

They were quite open about the numbers, a bit shocked by that approach to say the least.

There can also be renter shock if there are other renters/owners who do not keep up their property, play loud music, or pose as a problem in general causing renters to leave.I would run the numbers on the townhome versus a SFR or other multifamily options to see what the numbers look like with No HOA fee.

He's been our lender since 2005 so some prices seem shockingly low.
