How do I find a STR management company? Tulsa

Tim Condie
Posted

I'm looking to turn my old house into a Short Term Rental but I'd like to turn the management part over to a STR Management company. How do I go about finding one in my area? Any suggestions for Tulsa? I've Googled a few and they said they don't work in Tulsa.

@John Underwood Even if @Tim Condie can self manage (maybe he can't because he isn't local to Tulsa) its always a good idea to factor in the cost of property management for either STR or a normal rental. As he grows his portfolio, its great to outsource tasks like property management so he can work 'on' his business not 'in' his business.

Some may think that's laziness, but I think its good business!
