Instead of renting the home out, I was wondering if it's possible for me to seller finance the house to someone else at a higher price (and rate of interest)?

- again, spending 2 years building up a rental portfolio which we anticipate to have healthy returns and under the banner of the broker, how would one part ways amicably.Future Goals- not necessarily to bring on as many properties as possible.

Is it possible to get an closing agent to do all of the due diligence that needs to be done in a typical closing ALL IN ONE DAY?

My advice is live there two years if possible unless you're going to have a work related move.

You should also look into a REFI when the rehab is done and drop the PMI and possibly the an interest rate drop.  

Didn't think cash flowing multi fam was possible within an hour of the city.
