I never even expected to be in this position this early in the game. 

Would a crowdfunding platform appeal to you?

The adrenaline rush from RE is exciting, and I can't wait to have a skin in the game.

I understand your strategy to be able to pocket extra money, but if my end game is to own several multis i feel like it would be retroactive to sell it after i went through the pain, and exhaustion of a full rehab. 

Does anyone have experience with these, if so I'd love to hear more about them as I would utilize this type of collection system for my rents once I get in the game. 

You lose all accountablity, having a turnkey provider with a platform and foundation for you to be able to scale off of and take advantage of the economies of scale is critical in the success of your road map.I encourage you to consider Turnkey -- look into it --- anymore question just PM
