I indicated what the new rent was going to be and that the security deposits were being increased (currently one month's rent increased to 1.5x new rent due to pets) I didn't really want to keep the tenants in there, but felt it was better for them to decide to leave than deal with the hard feelings of being kicked out.

Unless of course all the tenants in that property are pet owners; then they don't seem to mind carpet that looks a little old here and there.

What about mosquitoes and spiders;).They can be a small problem occasionally, especially if there is a food source...dog food, chicken feed, they often hang out around wood piles.

@Alex Craig that's a good perspective.. my desire with the site was to Frankly out some of the very poor players and have the upper echelon move up the food chain as it were.. and I think we are seeing that..
