Yup, another lesson from pain.

I thought wholesaling sounds super easy, no money needed to get involved and easy work so if or  when I have the pain again and am stuck in bed taking 2 weeks off work won't hurt me.

I would much rather an agent simply tell me they don't want to present my offer, than pretend they will and disappear.

Landlords usually play along because they think it's better to have three paying tenants than two disgruntled tenants that may disappear into the night when things get too expensive.

Not trying to exclude people, but wanting a group where folks have experience and a level of success, but also might be experiencing some growing pains or just want more.  

r 2.5 a if that is the zone is a pain in the butt It took me over 2 years and a lot of frustration to get 3 homes approved.. this city is very very difficult for those type of things..

I feel your pain, I'm currently under contract and the Seller agent and attorney are both horrible at what they do.

Hi All - I've been reading the threads here for the last few months for research and reference, it seems like there's some really great experience here so thank you for sharing.My husband Cory and I recently bought a place in Yucca Valley and thought we were in good hands with a general contractor and a roundsman carpenter but in the last 10 days one has disappeared entirely and the other has had a family emergency thats pulling them away from our project.

I did that once and without sharing my pain from that I will simply say I will NEVER do that again.
