New owner looking for reliable contractors in Yucca Valley

Hi All -

I've been reading the threads here for the last few months for research and reference, it seems like there's some really great experience here so thank you for sharing.

My husband Cory and I recently bought a place in Yucca Valley and thought we were in good hands with a general contractor and a roundsman carpenter but in the last 10 days one has disappeared entirely and the other has had a family emergency thats pulling them away from our project. This has put us in a tough spot and way behind schedule.

We're basically looking for a full remodel on a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home with a pool built in 72 to use as a short term vacation rental.

I'd be incredibly grateful for any leads on good contractors, handymen, painters, etc...

We need the following work done.

- knock out kitchen wall, vault ceiling, add skylights

- all floors exposed to concrete / ground / polished / wet finished (all floors demo - remove vinyl tilinh and carpet)

- add some can lights

- remove popcorn ceiling in whole house and prep to paint ready

- paint all interior

- bathroom remodel

- replace electric panel (zysco)

Thanks in advance - Minh
