We did sign up for the "big" package.

The agreement I have gives me the installation for free, but I buy a 6 month subscription package...that I include as a bonus to the new buyer (or at least whatever is left of the subscription).  

I have set up a custom domain, custom logo, favicon, updated some of the text, added it to our marketing materials, and scheduled content packages. 

If you combine this with the mover's package the savings can be up to 20%. 

Look specifically for lenders who will be keeping your loan on their books and not selling them off in packages.  

Today I'd NEVER use any accounting package that runs locally on a PC.  

Take a look at MAS 90, it's a module professional accounting package, you'd need the basic and the RE stuff, it's been around awhile,  I ran a mortgage company with the full package.

The brands and packaging are all different, but in many cases the exopy inside is the exact same thing.
