@Lawrence Brooke I've had similar experience and believe me when these times happen it's tough to overcome..

Our eagerness can rarely overcome the realities of how marketing works.

In the RE Brokerage definition (7), (8), (9) and (10) appear to be very specific and difficult to overcome doing a wholesale transaction as a business.

Keep overcoming.  

Instead, our job is to help kids overcome setbacks, to help them see that progress over time is more important than a particular win or loss, and to help them graciously congratulate the child who succeeded when they failed.
