The only way scammers like this will be stopped is to report it them to the FCC and The FBI Internet online complaint center and also your local police.

You can look it up online...again, it's a Federal Requirement.If you filled out the Request for Tenancy Form, you have accepted that tenant.

(All my comments below are for rent ready properties)First, most of the online rent estimates are pretty far off here in San Antonio.
