I think I will wait for their official quote before filling out another application, out of respect.

I have officially banned myself from this practice.

But only certain people can obtain the necessary official death cert for recording.  

And a PO Box won't work because it's not accepted as an official address.

It's probably up to the building official.

I am obviously biased since I work for eRentPayment but I want to provide some information from our perspective.For ACH payments the tenant's bank would require the tenant to sign and date a Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit letter that they didn't authorize the payment so there is an official process to discourage anyone from simply asking for an Unauthorized return.  

Everything worked out last Friday and I officially added landlord to my name.
