wholesaling mentor needed

hello my name is Devrin. Im not new to this site, I have been reading a lot for about a year now. I am looking to get into wholesaling in my area and actually create a business plan and make it official. The problem is I don't know where to start and have no experience. I was hoping someone on this site could guide me in the right direction and getting started. I rather be thrown into the fire and test it out rather than sit around read and be hesitant in starting it. I know wholesaling is not actually investing for passive income but I need to create a source of income to help me invest. I think wholesaling is the best way to go for me to learn about REI. If there is anybody that would mentor me in wholesaling I would appreciate a lot. Thanks!
