And it beats trying to find a nice quiet place in the city to catch a nap, or get a few minutes of quiet time to unwind, or even complete some business work (used to think Starbucks served this purpose.)An interesting concept that has lead me to wonder if anyone else is taking advantage of this in conjunction with their AirBNB strategies, or any other strategy.

There are also some good opportunities in commercial which it is nice as once you get it leased or buy it leased the leases are much longer and tend to be a nice stable investment. 

I don’t want this person to think they can walk all over me from now on, but I want to be nice.

Visited couple of houses in Bonaire/Bal they are 1940/50s built and market looks warm.Before pulling the trigger, would like to get inputs from the community on few points1.

I have had nothing but problems with applicants trying to apply and get screened.I don't particularly care about the auction aspect but it would be nice to have a modern website for applications to submit documentation and tenants to pay rent and sign leases.Anyone happen to know of any service like that?

@Carl West The nice thing about using a PM when you are living in a multifamily house hack is, you don't have to worry about anything.
