A guy named Paul Moller was planning to build - in essence - a flying car. 

You might start off by managing your first rental property and then hire a good management company with a minimum of 30 units so you can afford one and will takeover the daily involvement to take care of those emergency calls and new tenant screening.If you have or can get YouTube, watch a man named Grant Cardone who has many videos on there and believes in buying apartments. 

@Daniel Pitner For those counties only names of the decedent, executor and attorney are available for probate leads, there isn't any contact info.

Any thoughts, names and contact info. of property management that you feel like are doing it well and adding value would be much appreciated for me to learn from as I gain insight - thanks for any help, much appreciated.Shane
