How to locate Birmingham property owners
B'ham folks - What websites do you use to find property owners in Jefferson Co?
The tax assessor's site doesn't list half of what I want so I'm hoping there is another way.
Thanks in advance!

@Sam Wilson Jeffco property tax website can be slow to update. Here's a couple work arounds I've found.
1. Check the "Sales" tab on the property tax website. Sometimes they've noted the sale and new owners name, but not updated the records. OR
2. Go to the register of deeds and do a search for the previous owner. Look for the deed with them granting to a new owner. This should be recorded in a matter of days from the sale.
These two will work for individual houses.
I think there's a way to get courthouse data in bulk, but it's a paid service.
