Nor would you want the end of the world that would follow.Since by our constitution you have to pay taxes in dollars and we own the lion share of out own debt, much of this debate is moot.Had to comment via mobile app.

Keller Williams has been around and is all over the US,  what are peoples opinion about a new agent and picking an agency to go with. 

There are also some agencies like New Western Acquisitions you can work with but I haven't worked with them so can't really comment one way or another.

However, if the contractor is licensed, file a complaint with the better business bureau or state regulatory agency.

Bandit signs work, but they generate random calls - you don't know if the caller has equity, a mobile home, etc.  

There are however Fannie/Freddie regulations on when those two agencies will allow for cash out loans to use a value higher then the purchase price within 6 months.

Self storage, mobile home parks, RV parks typically fit the bill.

@Chandler Rehbein just like Kevin said in his 1st sentence... not all companies are created equal. in my agency we don't work with carrier that have anything other than A ratings unless the client specifically requires it...
