its been a few weeks now so my memory is getting foggy. each type of coverage could have different deductibles and percentage coverage1) total value of course2) wind storm/rain/hail3) fire is always there but the deductible can change4) liability and who and how5) plumbing problems like pipe burst6) medical can get stupidly not enough if someone gets hurtthere was a lot more, things I never thought of until I got down and started reading the binders right before it was time to sign

Sure, we have some $2000+ up rentals, but those are high-end Class A and do not apply to this discussion as far as a general rule.If a tenant makes less than $1,500 / month and pay $500 or more for rent, they only have $999 or less to live on: groceries, utilities, gasoline, car repair, credit cards, medical care, "fun" (they always have money for fun, it seems), Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, clothing, unlimited cell phone data plan, 300 channels of Cable TV and all the rent-a-center payments.

With no civilian airport and few economic drivers (other than Cannon Air Force Base), I don't see much potential for growth here.By contrast, Lubbock has a real airport and is home to a large public university, several sizeable medical centers, and a thriving tech sector.Sign me up!
