Get it drained and contained as much as possible so it doesn't get worse.

If this is not true, it's a complete non-starter for me.I also just read that a SOLO401k can have a sub-Roth IRA account contained within (funds kept separate, of course). 

YEP -- he grabs the wrong bottle (it contained bleach) and spot cleans several rooms of the house (5 bedroom home), and totally ruins all the carpet in a 2,800 sq ft home.  

There are also voucher limits to the maximum combined rent, limits to what the tenant will pay out of pocket, and the voucher contains a number of bedrooms the applicant should seek.
